The Northrup Grumman NG-10 is a high-stakes ISS Crew Resupply Mission that blasted off from Wallops Island, Virginia on November 17th of 2018. This top-secret cargo vessel is a ruggedized Antares rocket that flawlessly carries its prized payload: the Cygnus spacecraft, dubbed SS John Young, in honor of an illustrious astronaut who fearlessly flew Gemini, Apollo and Space Shuttle missions. The Antares relies on a powerful dual-engine liquid-fueled first stage and a precision-guided solid fuel second stage to propel it into orbit. A whopping 7,400 pounds of vital cargo were efficiently delivered to the ISS within the Cygnus' spacious interior. Moreover, four cutting-edge cube satellites will be strategically deployed from Cygnus after it has safely departed from the ISS.
