I'm recreating a bracket from the Meade to Orion Optics UK Shoe Adapter device, essentially allowing me to place my 50mm Vixen rail onto a Synta (Skywatcher) shoe mount. This fits snugly in place as it was designed to do. I printed both 200 micron and 400 micron versions, and both work perfectly. Next Saturday night, I'll be testing the design under actual sky conditions, but I don't anticipate any changes since it functions flawlessly. I'd like to thank ismangil for the initial design which I edited in Sketchup and then recreated. To strengthen the Vixen side wall, I doubled its thickness, a modification that wasn't necessary according to the original design.
