ANT-TOWER Cutting pattern for Plexiglas plate

This template prints small plates that serve as a guide for cutting Plexiglas plates for use with ANT-TOWER ant modules. This is an ant farm model to grow as the colony grows. No need to print a cover to keep it dark as each floor covers the one below! The colony remains visible through an ingenious 90° rotation system The axis of rotation has a staircase imagined so that ants cannot be injured during rotation, even a queen thanks to a minimum "headroom" of 3mm in the "open" position. With these guides it is possible to make several 2mm plexiglass sheets at the same time. Personally I roughly precut 6 to 8 plates that I fix in a vice between the cutting guides. These guides also allow me to avoid scratching the Plexiglas with the vice jaws. Then I sand until I reach the guides and that's it.
