Ansmann mad rat brushless drone motor conversion

Prototype Ansmann Mad Rat Drone Motor Conversion Kit. This conversion kit was designed to address a pressing need, as I had an Ansmann Madrat rolling chassis with no motor in sight. This innovative kit allows users to easily mount brushless motors to the rear axles of their RC car. As a prototype, this kit is still far from complete. However, my long-term vision includes developing a similar conversion kit for the front wheels, enabling full 4-wheel drive capabilities. This kit serves as a direct addon part, requiring no structural modifications to your existing RC car. Nevertheless, multiple ESCs are necessary to power the motors properly. One notable challenge with this design is the significant current required by the motors to accelerate from a standstill. This can lead to cheaper ESCs failing or even exploding. I'm actively working on finding the most reliable and robust ESC that can handle these demands. If you decide to print and assemble this kit, please share your electrical setup information through photos so we can refine the design further. Additionally, if you successfully build and install the conversion kit, kindly send me videos of your vehicle in action, allowing me to better understand how the suspension behaves. I'm eager to learn from your experiences and continue developing this kit. Good luck with your project!
