Anova Support for Coleman Stacker
thingiverse
The Coleman 25 Qt Party Stacker Cooler has become a sought-after container for Sous Vide applications in modern kitchens. To prepare it, a standard approach involves drilling a precise hole of 2 3/8 inches into one corner of the lid, carefully accommodating an Anova immersion heater within its contours. This design comprises two essential components: (1) A supportive ring that elevates the Anova to a height allowing for exactly 2 millimeters of clearance between its underside and the top of a standard tray rack positioned at the bottom of the cooler. (2) A specially crafted plug designed to seamlessly fit into the hole when the cooler is in storage mode. The creation of this design was facilitated by OpenSCAD, with both the source code and resulting STL file readily available for use.
