Anova Sous Vide mounting flange with nut
thingiverse
I created a revised model in Fusion360 after experiencing some difficulty getting the nut to fit snugly on the flange with the original design. I then used this new model in a thermo box from Thermo Future, which features a 200mm 1/1 GN container that I purchased through PM Shop. The lid of the box is approximately 28mm thick, so I ensured there was sufficient thread available to secure it properly. This modified nut and flange design should work with lids ranging in thickness from 12-42mm, depending on how the nut is oriented. To print this design effectively, I recommend using PETG or ABS filament, as PLA may become soft when exposed to the heat generated by an Anova machine. The Fusion360 file for this revised model is included and can be freely modified for personal use.
