Anova Sous Vide Adjustable Mounting Bracket
thingiverse
I accidentally shattered my original mount, so I designed and created a brand new replacement to use instead. This custom-made mount works seamlessly with the Anova Sous Vide wand, giving me a larger "bite" that's perfect for thicker containers. I also successfully retained the adjustable height feature of the factory mount, which is super convenient. One minor note: this mount doesn't work well with PLA filament because the heat from prolonged use can warp and damage the printed product. However, it works great with other high-temperature filaments like ABS or PETG. To assemble the mount, you'll need to do some scaling and gluing, but overall, it's a pretty straightforward process. The model is designed to be split, making it easier to print without supports and allowing it to fit on smaller print beds. I printed all the parts with 1.2mm walls and found that they print really well with a brim. I used around 30-40% infill for most of the parts except for the screws, which were printed at 60% infill.
