Anova mounting flange with nut
thingiverse
Inspired by Marcel_X's design, I wanted to take it a step further by incorporating a fixed version with a nut for added stability. To master designing threads, I created a new version that showcases my skills in this area. Printed in ABS plastic, the design features threads with no tolerances whatsoever. To ensure a perfect fit between parts, I printed the bushing/flange component at 100% scale and scaled up the nut to 101.5% in both X and Y dimensions, while keeping it unchanged in Z to maintain thread compatibility. The result is a seamless connection between the cooker/bushing interface and the bushing/nut assembly. As always, your mileage may vary. For this project, I used a 74mm hole saw with precision.
