Another Wanhao / MonoPrice Maker Select Fan

Here's Another Wanhao i3 / Monoprice Maker Select V2 Fan Replacement. The stock fan location on my Monoprice Maker Select V2 obstructs my view of the hot end, and it's also underpowered. I've designed a replacement that moves the fan out of the way with a 50mm blower and doesn't require any modifications to the printer. This design features a minimalist fan duct for easy cleaning of the extruder nozzle, and I've kept the outlet small to increase air velocity - it works so well that I only need to run the fan at 50%. The duct fits snugly onto the blower and is secured with two drops of glue. Two M4 or 8-32 screws hold the fan to the brackets, which fit over the X axis linear bearings. Once assembled, the brackets won't come loose from the bearings, making it reasonably rigid. I've left some space on the lower bearing fit for minor misalignment without hindering the X axis. There's an alternative right bracket if you prefer a slimmer design, but be aware that it reduces rigidity due to only one attachment point to the blower. You can find the blower on Amazon at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B078SQS6MX/. I printed this using Black PETG with a .25mm layer height. No supports are required - PLA should work, but be careful threading screws into the right bracket and clean out the holes with a drill bit if they feel tight.
