Here is a spool holder for a spool with an internal diameter of 58 mm that I could not find anywhere online. Print two of these, then push a skateboard bearing with an outer diameter of 22 mm into place - its a tight fit so do it while the part is still warm off the hotbed. Next, mount your spool on a big nail hammered into a plank or any other shaft mounting system.
