These are my custom spool rollers. I broadened them slightly, lightening them up for faster printing and positioning them lower for improved head clearance. I also added a middle spot so they can be mounted securely with a wood screw. Furthermore, I designed them to lock together instead of splitting in half. A small drop of super glue on the large end is enough to hold the skateboard bearing firmly in place. The bearings (search 608 bearings) were purchased online at Ebay for under $1 each. The pin fits the bearing snugly, but I suspect that won't be a problem unless you're turning some serious RPMs.
