Another Simple Tube Squeezer

I've been wanting one of these for a while now. I really like the original design's simplicity and how it gets straight to the point. A few thoughts popped up, so I made some variations. This model is a single design with a 60 mm slot width. If you need something wider or narrower, just scale it in the X direction by (DESIRED WIDTH/60) or grab the original model, which has many of them already scaled across a wide range. I tightened up the slot width by 5% to fit snugly on my tubes. Since some tubes are thicker, print a test piece first and adjust Y by +5% or more as needed. I added a slot for empty tubes and removed the taper from the bottom side of the slot. I had an issue where the bottom slot taper wouldn't print using the EXTERNAL PERIMETERS FIRST setting in Slic3r because the adjacent perimeter was too far away to bond with the thread being extruded. This was partly due to a slightly off bed or maybe my print settings couldn't handle the overhang. Another way around this problem is not to print external perimeters first. The taper on the slot remains on the top side, and you can insert the tube-end from either side.
