Another set of Hex Key Handles
prusaprinters

Not an original idea but I made these while learning Fusion 360 a fair while back. My hex keys had a different bend radius to the files I downloaded so I just did my own. I printed out a set for the tools that came with my printer and made a holder for those 5 tools. The holder slides in from the side, you have to remove the end cap and two screws to get it where mine is.

So, each set of handles is 0.2mm wider than it says, to act as clearance. Depending on your printer and the actual tools, you might need to print one size larger than expected. I had to before I learned to dial in my printer properly (as you can tell by the terrible quality print in the photo).

No supports needed for the handles or nut. Holder needs supports on the extrusion fitting.

“A” handles are oriented properly, “B” handles are not. Sorry bout it. <3
