Another PiGRRL"0.3"
thingiverse
Another PiGRRL"0.3" was designed based on "PiGRRL2" and the Raspberry Pi portable case. The design draws inspiration from both models to create a unique handheld console. For more detailed information, please refer to the "readme_e.pdf" file. The requirements for this project include: * A Raspberry Pi Zero * A micro SD card compatible with RetroPie * An LCD screen, such as the adafruit 2.2-inch LCD or a compatible device like the aitendo 2.2-inch LCD * The PiGRRL 2.0 Custom Gamepad PCB * Tactile button switches (6mm) x 12 pieces * A GPIO ribbon cable for the Raspberry Pi Model A+/B+/Pi * Right-angle pin headers, either 2x20pin or splittable 2x40pin * A cylindrical-shaped mobile battery with suitable dimensions: 23mm O.D. and 95mm long (such as the ANKER Astro Mini) * Resistors: 270 ohm x 2 pieces, 150 ohm x 2 pieces * Capacitors: 33nF x 2 pieces, 10uF x 2 pieces * Diodes (BAV99 compatible or similar) x 4 pieces * M2.6x8mm bolts x 18 pieces If the chosen amplifier module does not have a variable resistor for gain control, it is necessary to add one. A variable resistor, such as 10K, 20K, or 50K ohm (available at Akizukidenshi), is required if the amplifier module lacks a gain control feature. A mini metal speaker with an impedance of 8ohm and power rating of 0.5W is also necessary. A fragment of breadboard PCB for analog audio circuitry is also needed, as well as a universal PCB for Game Pad L/R button and variable resistor. The following update was made on June 13th: "anPiGR0p3_327.123dx" has been fixed, and unnecessary hidden sketches have been deleted to improve performance. Recommended print settings include: * Printer: Flashforge CreatorPro * Rafts: No * Supports: Yes * Resolution: 0.25mm * Infill: 50% or more * Notes: + Recommended for printing case: PLA + Recommended for printing buttons: Ninja Flex SemiFlex + Speed XY settings: 60mm/s for PLA, 20mm/s for SemiFlex
