I'm not sure what to make of this PVC coupling construction set, but I suppose it's okay if you like it. 05.11.2017: A new version 3 has been added for 3-way angle and 3-way straight models. When I tried printing one in ABS, it was unfortunately prone to breaking when a force was applied - the model just didn't hold up well from layer to layer. To address this weakness, I had an idea for a composite model. Instead of trying to print everything at once, I decided to use an insert to create a 3-way model. It worked out pretty well, and using a hammer with no glue helped me make it into a single, sturdy model. Printer Settings: Printer Brand: Wanhao Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 Plus Rafts: Doesn't matter - just use your discretion. Supports: Yes, definitely use them where needed. Resolution: 0.2 is a good starting point. Infill: 50% seems like a reasonable setting to start with. Notes: Use supports as necessary, and feel free to adjust infill settings based on how you plan to use the finished product.
