Another Magic The Gathering (MTG) deck box/card tray
thingiverse
I got my inspiration from lgilmon's MTG Deck Box, and I set out to create a similar one in OpenSCAD. The box can be used as a card tray: - It has magnets on both sides and on top to keep it together. The four d=5x2 magnets are enough to lift the full deck without letting the bottom fall. - It features background graphics inside the tray. In the SCAD file, you can customize: - Card sizes (if you're using protector cards or a larger deck) - Magnet size - Wall thickness - Logo (1-5 mana logos, each with its own logo size and placement) - Color change print or not (the logo has different depths) - Layer height (for one-color printing; different between two logo depths is one "layer height") This STL file is designed for cards 65 * 91, a 60-card deck (specifically for the "G protect card sleeves"), five mana logos with each own depth (color change print), and five d=5x2 magnets. It also assumes a 0.4mm layer (not printing layer). The mana logos are from mechpilotz's Stainless MTG Mana Tokens, while the background logos were created using icons.
With this file you will be able to print Another Magic The Gathering (MTG) deck box/card tray with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Another Magic The Gathering (MTG) deck box/card tray.
