Another M328 Transistor Tester Case I've opted out of using the standard terminals, so I've added BNC connectors for frequency in- and output, as well as laboratory connectors for all other measurement inputs. Both case parts are held together securely by M3 screws and M3 brass thread inserts. A few issues were discovered: 1) The BNC connector FrqIn was placed too far left, making it impossible to install the mounting nut due to the cylinder holding the brass insert. This was fixed using a hot iron. 2) Same problem with GND and + measurement connectors at the bottom. Fix applied similarly. 3) Hole for button needs to be moved ~ 1mm. Same fix applied again. All issues have been resolved, please review the updated STL files. Additional hardware: 6 x brass insert M3 x 8 mm 6 x screw M3 x 10 mm 5 x Hirschmann 4mm female connectors (black, red, yellow, green and blue), for example: https://www.reichelt.de/index.html?ACTION=446&LA=0&q=bug%2010%20gn 2 x BNC connector UG 1094U, for example: https://www.reichelt.de/bnc-einbaubuchse-zentralbefestigung-loetver-ug-1094u-p22014.html?&trstct=pos_0 1 x 9V battery clip, for example: https://www.reichelt.de/batterieclip-fuer-9-volt-block-vertikal-high-quality-clip-hq9v-p57131.html?&trstct=pos_0 Same wires - I'm uncertain if it's acceptable to use unshielded cable for FrqOut. This will be decided later. No wiring plan is needed, the picture should suffice. My friend Arne brought up a relevant part on his YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uRsw34WPN0w If you're interested in "Nerdy" topics like reanimated soundcards or old PCs, check out his channel "root42": https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCPjFa_UZBUDzdJTIEdyGjIQ It seems Arne is not a fan of the bottom part of the case. I may create an alternative version that's more smooth. 2019-07-13: Two "rounded" versions of the bottom have been added: 1) TransistorTesterBtnRnd.stl - round edges only 2) TransistorTesterBtnRndSmallSep.stl - the separator for the battery area has been cut to print with the "open" side down
