Another glass bed corner bracket
thingiverse
My glass plates are a sturdy 1/8 inches thick, and they slightly overhang the aluminum plate - nearly identical in size to the aluminum itself. Installed on my trusty QIDI printer, these plates may just do the trick for you if you're facing a similar setup. I tightened them down quite firmly with longer M3 screws and washers, and they friction fit the glass plates perfectly. After 12+ hours of printing, I can confidently say that no adjustments were needed. Another great feature of this clip is its design - it doesn't protrude above the build plate at all. This ensures that the printhead will never accidentally collide with this clip, even during the most vigorous print cycles. Print Settings: Printer: QIDI Rafts: No Supports: Yes Infill: 100% Notes: I opt for 100 % infill to ensure these plates have maximum strength. You don't want them squashing during print cycles.
