Another Flex Box remix

Another Flex Box remix

thingiverse

This is a revised take on Flex Box by 4volt. I've crafted several versions of this design, but this one stands out for its simplicity and dependability. This remix essentially relocates the recesses on the top lid to the edge of the component, creating a makeshift catch that secures the lid in place. It operates fairly reliably on its own, but I still recommend using a band around it during transport if you want to avoid spills. I've also tweaked the attachment point at the back where you'd tie elastic, replacing it with an insertable plug so you can use a full rubber band to achieve the same result. Scaled for 3mm sheet material, which is typically what I use, this design has been adapted from HDF. The entire thing was edited in CorelDraw because that's the program I had available that feeds into my laser cutter.
