I created this project for a CAD class, but it was never fully tested. It looks great and might actually work. The default print thickness is 2mm, which may not be enough to make a good bottle opener, but making the design thicker would prevent it from fitting inside a foldable wallet. You can adjust the thickness using your slicer's scale tool. I recommend printing with PETG if possible; it seemed solid and nice.
