I've designed an extruder concept for my RepRap, lacking a physical one currently, I opted for parts easily millable with CNC. It could be beneficial to those integrating RepRap functionality into their CNC machines. The thermal barrier consists of a glass tube, and there's a control light indicating heating status. The thyristor is securely fastened in a screw for convenient replacement. If anyone desires the CAD files, I can share them as well.
