Another Ender 3 Filament Guide
thingiverse
Wound up having to redo my upper filament guide after installing a dual Z-Axis drive yesterday since the old one with the lead-screw bearing was no longer usable. I designed this in Fusion 360 (file included) to allow a metal grommet insert which keeps the filament from abrading the edge of the hole in the guide and makes things last longer. Rather than make it slip into the grooves, I decided to use some M4 x 12 Allen head capscrews and M4 T-nuts I already had on hand for mounting. This makes adjusting the position on the back side of the vertical support much easier and I made things thin enough that the guide will fit between the vertical support and the Z-Axis leadscrew without interference. Print it with the mounting block up (top of the guide bar to the bed of the printer) and no supports will be necessary.
