Another Einstein lithophane

<p>Pleased with my <a href="https://www.printables.com/model/75809-einstein-lithophane">first attempt</a>, here's my second. It doesn't look quite as clean as my first, and could probably do with some gentle scrubbing with a toothbrush to remove more strings.
