Designing Your Pencil Case: A Customized Project! To bring your unique design to life, we'll be using the customizable model found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:46335. Feel free to experiment and fine-tune your creation with our online tool available here - http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=46335. Below you will find step-by-step instructions on how to customize and create your customized Pencil Case design. 1. Using the Following Options: To give your Pencil Case a personalized touch, you'll be making use of the following adjustable features: * Pencil_radius: This adjusts the size of the pencil holder area; the default setting is 4 units. * Connector_Type: With three options available, you can choose from a variety of connections styles - this setting affects how the device connects to your build plate. * Device_Order: For users who have multiple devices in their setup, selecting a number greater than one will dictate the order in which each is printed. In our case, it has been set at one for simplicity. * build_plate_selector: Setting this value to zero automatically configures the system's default print settings; no further adjustment is required on this option. * Device_Type: A crucial component that determines what your finished product will look like - currently, it has been specified as three (USB flash drives are common type 3 devices). * USB_sticks: This number dictates how many flash drive spaces you want included within your design; we've used six for demonstration purposes. * Sign_HEIGHT: For users wishing to print large labels on the outside of their Pencil Cases, set this value above or below default size settings (the shown figure is six). * Sign_TYPE: When creating and printing larger text onto signs (1 sign per side available), use number 1 as indicated here; adjust according to requirements if additional variations needed exist elsewhere throughout setup processes mentioned above today...
