The extruder can be tailored for specific pulley and idler sizes, spring length, etc., by downloading source code from https://gitlab.com/parts/extrudery/tree/master and rendering the customized parts. Sample customizations corresponding to uploaded STLs are provided for my two extruders. E0 Pulley diameter is 12.65mm with teeth 7.9mm from the bottom of the pulley. E1 Pulley diameter is 11.5mm with teeth 7.5mm from the bottom of the pulley. Both extruders use a spring that is 10mm in diameter and 9.6mm long when fully compressed, with filament diameter at 1.75mm. Many parameters are adjustable, but it's not guaranteed that any combination will produce a functional part. At least, it's a good starting point. I use these mounts from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1809724 to attach them to my BQ Prusa i3 Hephestos printer's frame.
