Here is another 3D printed mask. The following is not a certified solution for individual protection, but rather a tentative prototype of a personal protection mask made using household materials. The filter is crafted from common items found in the home. For everyone's safety and your own, please follow the Authority's instructions at all times! The best defense against viruses is to minimize interpersonal contacts and stay indoors as much as possible. Always refer to the Ministry of Health for guidance on how to protect yourself and others. This mask features a disposable front filter slot. A new filter cartridge, approximately 40x40x15 mm in size and printed from PLA plastic, is cut to fit snugly within the cartridge. The cartridge's walls are then sealed with vinyl glue, ensuring a watertight connection. A fresh filter cartridge must be inserted each time the mask is used. After every wear, the mask body can be thoroughly washed with disinfectants before being reused. The mask's flexible TPU plastic body features three adjustable fasteners on either side, providing a secure and adaptable fit for various tie configurations. To create the cartridge format, electrostatic anti-dust cloths were cut to size. Alternatively, an HEPA filter was also used, carefully cut to fit within the cartridge filter box and securely glued in place.
