Another CNC Router Design

This CNC Router design measures 4'x4', my first contribution to GrabCad, inspired by other machines. The structure is made from 1530 extrusions with 1/2" aluminum plate risers and mounts for the Z-Axis and stepper motors. Hiwin rails of 20mm and 1605 ball screws are incorporated throughout, featuring a 1.5Kw water-cooled Chinese spindle. Major components such as NEMA 23 steppers, extrusions, bearing blocks, spindle, 20mm rails, ball screws & nuts were sourced from GrabCad and other 3D modeling sites. The floor stand is a double 2X4 construction with two layers of 3/4" MDF on top and one layer on the bottom shelf. Designed using Fusion 360; feedback and suggestions are welcomed.
