Another Clock

Another Clock

I decided to recreate a unique clock I spotted on Reddit not too long ago and create one for myself. I simply adapted parts from my existing clock, making this project a swift endeavor. Measuring approximately 4 inches in diameter, it's a compact timepiece. To power it effectively, use the High Torque Clock movement found here - http://shop.hobbylobby.com/products/high-torque-movement-863845/. The hour dial is secured with a press fit while the minutes hand is held in place using a dial nut from the clock mechanism itself. I opted not to include a second hand on this particular clock, but my previous timepiece featured one that was printed onto the face before being attached to the tiny shaft using a lighter's flame to heat and secure it. However, after some time, the second hand came loose, prompting me to use the smallest amount of superglue to reattach it to the second shaft and it has remained in place ever since.
