I made this design for a RPi 4. There are other nice similar designs around but I wanted one which protected the edges of the screen.The cover for the Pi4 itself is made as one piece at the cost of having to print with supports.As the design is made for a Pi4 it is possible to attach a fan and a switch for the fan.
