Another belt scraper

Here's an alternate belt scraper with notable distinctions. It features both a primary and secondary scraper, similar to other models. Instead of a spring, there's a plastic belt tensioner, which actually functions as a torsion spring. The shaft width between supports is adjustable. Additionally, the blade clamping method has been slightly altered. Hopefully, this design proves useful.
