Updated on November 9th, 2014, the superior design for the Super 8 is either found at this link: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:534210 or this one: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:540629. They have screws that allow for precise adjustment of fitment, eliminating the need for cable ties. Initially, the block's design was inadequate due to a lack of preload (fitment) adjustment, causing it to be too loose. Use this better alternative instead: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:134561. In the current version, the block allows races to float without providing fitment adjustment; hole spacing has been changed to 15mm apart. The flat surface of the block remains 19.05mm (3/4") from the guide rail's axis, just like in the previous version. For printing, use a 0.2 mm layer, 20% infill, without support material, and 2 layer walls.
