Another Aquila/Ender light bar 24V
thingiverse
Had a roll of 12V LED's left over from another project and couldn't find a light bar that would accept two rows. Two in series = 24V. Decided to make my own and while I was at it might as well include provisions for a JST connector in case I ever needed to change it out. Had a JST connector kit bought some time ago. It is described as Micro JST 2.5. Made a pocket that would hold a 2 pin male, it's a little tight but it will fit, may have to clean out the small holes for the contacts with the tip of a #11 exacto blade. Use small wire to connect everything together. LED's do not draw very much current no reason for anything larger than 22ga. Needs to be printed corner to corner on a 220mm bed, PLA is fine. Mounted to printer with M3 screws and these T Nuts https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3050607
