This is a specialized speed loader crafted for use with six .38 rounds, particularly designed for airsoft applications. Post-Assembly Instructions You will require: Four 1/2" 2-56 pan head screws - sourced at mcmastercarr.com A highly recommended item is a 2-56 tap One common pen spring One .177 cal BB Commence by carefully sanding the interior of the cylinder, it's crucial that the surface which rubs against the shell is exceptionally smooth. Next, tap the three outer holes in the cylinder. Subsequently, tap the center rising post. With the riser securely in place, position the small post into the small central hole located within the side featuring three tiny holes. With the cylinder situated on a stable table, position the collar over the center post, ensuring that the turn-stop on the collar is facing upwards. Screw the collar firmly onto the cylinder. Position the cylinder on the table so that the turn-stop faces towards you. Turn the central post until it's positioned at a perpendicular angle to both the collar's turn-stop and the BB seat, with the raised side situated on the right-hand side. Cut your pen spring to approximately .6" in length. Insert the spring into the small opening located on the outer edge of the knob, with the completed edge pointing away from it. Position the BB directly onto the collar while securing the knob over the post. Secure the knob to the post firmly. If everything has been correctly aligned, you should be unable to visually locate the BB. A gratifying 'click' sound will also be generated when turning the knob. The primary function of the BB is to retain shells in place until you deliberately release them by turning the knob. Please note that certain shells may have varied tolerances, necessitating a little filing to ensure the shell-holding arms fit securely within place.
