Another 18650 Charger Station Summary: This is another 4-bay 18650 battery charger station. It's a modified version inspired by a great thing on Thingiverse created by memesis. The modifications include leaving the 18650 battery-holders as they are and incorporating them into the charger, merging three panels into one, using a smaller switch, reducing filament use, and making all parts print without supports. Hardware: * TP4056 Lipo battery charging modules can be purchased on Amazon. * LED Lighted Rocker Switch, DC 12V 20A On/OFF is available on Amazon. * Mini voltmeter Yellow can be found on Amazon France. * Momentary SPST NO Red Round Cap Push Button Switch AC 6A/125V 3A/250V is sold by SODIAL on Amazon. * DC-022 5.5-2.1mm Round Hole Screw Nut DC Power Socket ROHS Internal Diameter 5.5mm can be purchased on Amazon. * Black Battery Storage Box Case Holder for 3.7V18650x1 Batteries is available on Amazon. INSTRUCTIONS: * Print all three parts. * Assemble the cover and inner frame by gluing them together. * Mount the buttons, switch, and mini-voltmeter. * Before gluing the battery holders into the inner frame, re-route the wires so they come out the bottom (see pics). * Solder everything and test it. * If necessary, glue the wires in place on the underside of the inner frame. * Finally, glue the exterior shell over the inner frame.
