<p>My mother in law was frustrated with the ravioli presses on the market. She had one custom made by my father in law years ago on a CNC but no one kept the design so I've recreated it with some upgrades. It will be 3d printed this time and coated in food safe epoxy.</p><p>The design is for a 3x6 anolini press but the design is configurable for various sizes and best of all, you can stack multiple prints using the tongue and grove at the ends.</p><p>It was designed in OpenScad and is fully parametrized so you can adjust just about every dimension.</p>
