Coordinates: 51°40'34"N 39°12'39"E The Annunciation Cathedral in Voronezh, Russia, is one of the world's tallest Eastern Orthodox churches. Built between 1998 and 2009, the cathedral features a five-domed building with an attached bell tower. The existing church was designed after St. Vladimir's Cathedral, constructed in the late 19th century in the Russo-Byzantine style, paying homage to the works of Konstantin Thon. A earlier church commissioned by St. Mitrofan of Voronezh was destroyed by the Soviets in the 1950s; it was originally built from 1718-35 and served as a replacement for an older church. The new bell tower is designed similarly to one originally planned by Giacomo Quarenghi. Inside, the church keeps the relics of St. Mitrofan. In 2003, a monument honoring St. Mitrofan was erected in front of the cathedral. This 3D model can be used for casting a silver jewelry miniature; it is provided in .stl and .obj formats, making it easy to use with most printing software.
