A 2-year-old girl underwent a second operation due to recurring severe pancreatitis caused by annular pancreas with duodenal obstruction, which began when she was born. She had previously undergone duodenoduodenostomy in the neonatal period. A recent MRI revealed progressive dilatation of the main pancreatic duct and increased diameter and number of filling defects at the pancreatic head segment.
