This replacement annular cooling is designed for the Ultimaker nozzle, as the original cooling shroud can sometimes be counterproductive. The new annular cooling nozzle has a larger annulus to prevent melting and increased airflow, with simpler geometry. Version 2 consists of only two parts that need printing and gluing using superglue. For assembly, print both parts with flat faces on the platform, then use M3x20mm bolts, nuts, and M3 PCB spacers for attachment. Align the parts and secure them in place before securing the cooling assembly under the fan. STEP files are included, and donations are welcome for improvements.
