Easy to print on it's back.I would suggest adding thick walls and top/bottom layers (I used 5 and it was great).I used 80% infill for some extra strength.No supports needed with my PRUSA MINI+ I added an additional utility hole which you might use to attach a safety cord or use for cable management.
