Annie and Claribel for Trackmaster
thingiverse
This is a custom creation combining agep's high-quality Annie and Claribel models with Trackmaster toy sets. I added some geometric details for the eyes and mouth as painting isn't my forte. Annie and Claribel utilize the same model, just flip the body around (one facing Thomas, the other in reverse).\r\n\r\nFor the names on the side like agep's, I couldn't find a way to replicate it with an FDM printer (mine included). It's too small for a stencil.\r\n\r\nEverything snaps together, possibly requiring some filing/sanding. One corner of the undercarriage is shorter to make it easier to snap the body on. If you encounter trouble putting the body on, focus on filing one corner and then snap that corner on last.\r\n\r\nUse approximately 35mm of 1.75mm filament for each wheel axle. \r\n\r\n4/17/18 update:\r\nI widened the undercarriage, body, and roof to allow making the wheel track wider. The previous version struggled with curves and switches.\r\n\r\nI also made the holes for the filament axles go all the way through the undercarriage. This way you can push the axle out from the other side; with separate holes, once the axle was in there it was very hard to get it out.
