The initial 3D model was conceived using Sketchup 8 before being converted into every other relevant 3D format available. The native file format is .skp, with 3ds Max 2016 version being used to render the scene through Vray 3.00 software. Associated with the Rosario Board of Trade, this complex marked its opening in 1999 as the first intelligent building in that city. Housing both the Physical Grain Market and Term of Rosario markets within its premises, the site also accommodates a convention center and an adjacent office tower.
