*Update:* Added a low profile version for that sweet floating keycaps look :)\r\n\r\nA modification to my previous design, this makes it easier to upgrade the standard 1800mah lipo battery to (up to) 3x 18650 cells.\r\n\r\nIf you're looking for a replacement standard case, check out my [original version](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3680640).\r\nOr this [minimal low profile version](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3835811).\r\n\r\nYou'll need basic electronics knowledge and soldering skills to perform this upgrade.\r\n\r\nHere's what you need to do:\r\n1. Use the connector from the original battery if you don't have a spare.\r\nCut off the connector and make sure the wires on the original battery are taped up so they don't short themselves out accidentally.\r\n2. Route the connections and connect the batteries, I did it while they were in place, but you can remove the dividers and do it all at once.\r\nJust make sure the battery terminals aren't bridged - that'll end badly!\r\n3. Wire the batteries in parallel to avoid killing your keyboard.\r\nCheck out this link for more info: https://zbattery.com/Connecting-Batteries-in-Series-or-Parallel\r\n4. Secure the batteries down with something like double sided tape, which works so far.\r\n\r\n**You're taking a risk by making any modifications - what works for me might not work for you right away or every time.**\r\n\r\nThen, enjoy your tripled battery life :)
