This site is a protected structure, and access to it is restricted due to instability in the surrounding walls. The window is situated on the east gable wall and was uncovered during the recording process, which took place on November 2nd, 2019. The church is a rectangular limestone building that has survived up to the eaves. Its exterior dimensions measure 14.2 meters from east to west and 8.5 meters from north to south, with a height of 3.5 meters. It features dressed quoins and a modernized doorway on the west side, which measures 1.7 meters wide. The walls are completely overgrown with ivy, but there are two blocked rectangular windows in both the south and north walls. A single-light decorated 15th-century window is located in the east gable, inserted above the base of a simpler window. This window is illustrated by Grosse. Two corbels with carved heads can be found at roof level on the southeast and southwest angles. The recording process was funded by Leitrim's Heritage Officer.
