Anla'shok - Liandra Battle Frigate
thingiverse
The "Liandra" type was a class of Minbari attack ship used extensively by the Anla'shok forces. This particular class of vessel has been in service since at least the time of the Earth-Minbari War, and its distinctive lines and colors reflect the Shu-Nali style of design that is characteristic of Minbari ships. The Liandra class measures 160 meters in length, making it a formidable presence on the battlefield. Its design makes it an excellent fit for use with the X-Wing tabletop game. The ship's scale can be adjusted to accommodate different gaming preferences. For example, when printed at a scale of 1:270, the model is approximately 59.25cm long. At a scale of 1:440, it measures around 36.36cm in length. When scaled down further to 1:1440, the ship's dimensions are reduced to just 11.11cm. While the Liandra class may be too large for some X-Wing game settings, fans can easily scale down the model to fit a larger base. To achieve this, the designer recommends scaling up the print size to around 30-35cm in length. For those who prefer a more miniature approach, the ship can be printed at a smaller scale of 1:7000, resulting in a model that measures approximately 22.85mm in length. Alternatively, fans can choose to print the Liandra class at the same size as a CR-90 model for a more authentic look. The designer has acknowledged and credited the original creator of this 3D model, Amras Arfeiniel, who confirmed the design's accuracy through their official website. Additionally, Premier Valle is credited with creating the low-poly version of the Liandra class.
