A friend requested that I assist with creating some rails for his Anki OverDrive car racing tracks, and it seems fitting to share the information here. To build a single track module, three rails are required. Here are the print settings used: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusai3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: CLIP: This rail required 116mm of filament and took approximately 4 minutes to complete, with a cost of around $0.03. Straight Rail: The straight rail required 2367mm of filament and took about 29 minutes to print, at a cost of approximately $0.37. Curved Rail: The curved rail needed 2535mm of filament and took roughly 35 minutes to complete the print job, with an estimated cost of around $0.39. It was a pleasure assisting my friend with this project, and I hope others can benefit from sharing this information.
