Anki Overdrive Guardrail Clips
thingiverse
These guardrail clips are specifically designed to attach securely to Anki Overdrive track, and when paired with inexpensive plastic "welding rods," they form a cost-effective solution for creating guardrails that effectively keep cars on the track. The welding rods resemble highway guardrails in appearance and have proven to be an effective barrier for Supertrucks in Rage mode, making them a success in my book. To achieve a 90 degree turn, you'll need about five clips, while an 180 degree turn requires eight to nine clips. By printing these clips and utilizing pre-made components for the main horizontal section of the railings, you can significantly reduce printing time. Version 2 of these clips has been posted, featuring a slightly thicker design that addresses the issue of the original clips bending open.
