AnkerMake M5 Base Containers
thingiverse
When I switched to the AnkerMake M5, I noticed that it lacked the drawers in the base which my other printer had, so I didn't have anywhere to store my small tools. To accommodate, I decided to take advantage of all of the unused space on the printer base and make these small container boxes. There's four parts total, each in their own file. The front parts serve as bowls/trays (38 mm tall) for quick-grab items and the rear parts serve as small cups (100 mm tall) for your less frequently-used items. Mix, match and print whichever parts to fit your needs. Using all four parts makes the bed a bit cluttered, IMO, so I only use the front-left and rear-right parts with my setup. I'd recommend using double-sided foam tape, putty, or a non-destructive glue to attach the parts to the base, but it's ultimately up to you. Just avoid anything permanent/damaging. Happy organizing.
