Anker USB HUB - 4x LED - Twist In 2020 Adapter - Ender, CR-10

This is a simple and affordable way to illuminate your print area, costing less than $20 and offering non-permanent, modular lighting that can be reused when needed. Print two of these adapters and twist them into the top bar of your printer. Then, clip in an Anker (or similar) 4x USB hub with your preferred choice of one to four USB LEDs, depending on how much light you require. I used a USB extension cable from the hub directly into my Raspberry Pi, but you can use a buck/step-down converter and hardwire this straight from your power supply if desired. Two seems to be the perfect number. Update 2: After a week of continuous use, these LEDs (three) are warm to the touch but pose no issue. <b> Update 1: Initially, I had to reduce my LEDs from four to three due to excessive brightness for my camera at night. Adding photos has helped me find the ideal balance with two or three LEDs.
