Ahh, I love Anker. Well, probably used to. Their quality control has gone way down compared to the first time I've bought their products. Specifically, these pair of headphones, the Anker Soundcore Q20. Lovely pair of headphones, but these are my 2nd pair on their warranty. The quality of the plastic around the headbands is as poor as our roads here, leading to the plastic cracking and eventually failing around the joints, leaving the speakers just dangling around. You have to have very good bed adhesion to print this. Print the panels vertically and the clips on the side so you don't have to use supports and to ensure the greatest amount of strength. The clips have to be laid flat on the bed using your slicer, because the clips aren't perfectly aligned to the bed. I've printed these reinforcements (which acts more like splints) to reinforce the headphones before they crack. If they have crack and leave your speakers just dangling about, I highly suggest pouring some epoxy around the joints and using these reinforcements to hold them in, and turning the speakers 90 degrees so it can be perpendicular to the headbands so the epoxy doesn't bond to the speakers preventing the joints from moving. When the epoxy sets, leave the reinforcements in and finally you have a pair of uglier headphones that still works. These reinforcements require no disassembly (just clip them on), which is good because I had to dissemble my pair to design this, and I lost a spring somewhere. Basically, all you need to do is put the outer panel on the outside of the band of the headphones, and the inside panel on the inside band of the headphones. *Warning, the outer panel requires the more curved end facing the speakers and the flatter end facing the top of the headphones.* Once aligned, just use the clips to clip the headphones on. They are hard to clip on, so my recommendation is before you place them, clip one corner in and then align them on the headphones. After that, place the clips and CLICK them in the slots on the outside panel, then bend the clips in while pushing in on the inner panel reinforcement to force the clips to click in the inner panel. These were designed off of this idea: https://www.printables.com/model/321075-soundcore-life-q20-headband-splint except that they don't require glue unless your speakers are dangling (and in my opinion looks uglier).
