Belt holster for said USB battery. I designed this so that I could use this to power my Vive Pro wireless VR HMD longer than the stock battery.

Print instructions

Holster is a separate scad file and dimensions can be freely adjusted if you want to adapt this to a different sized model. Clip is also adjustable, but far more fiddly due to my not knowing what i'm doing in scad yet. As-is should fit belts up to 40mm tall and 7.5mm thick.

You will need to glue or epoxy the clip to the holster.

Process Notes:

Generate base mesh in OpenSCAD, export as STL

Import to blender.

Set scene scale to 0.001, metric, separate units (if needed)

Clean up useless edges (if needed)

Apply bevel, Offset 0.001 (1mm) with clamp overlap, 6 segments.

Export back to STL, do not touch scale.

Slice.

(scad -> stl -> blend -> stl -> slicer)
